I'm keeping the car. The ones who were interested in it, I would not sell it too. It had to a person who would take care of it.
Well.. Got the new engine in, ran 5000km with it, and used it for some time. It was too slow, so have taken a hard decission. :-( License plates has come of, and have bought a economic car. BUT
Have bought a RB30 block, which will get a stroker crank, upgraded rods and pistons, ACL bearings, and ARP bolts. It will end up @ 3.4L and should be able to handle 1000hk. So that is my new goal.. But it will take a long time before that. First i'll build a block that can handle the power, together with a GT45 turbo. Will run that LOW boost until I get money to do the head of the engine. Also a triple plate clutch should be installed before any high boost. I'll take it as I get the money. Have my ECO car to drive in now. When the gearbox gives up, I'm looking into getting a supra MK4 tranny installed. Dont know yet if ill make the exhaust sidepipe, or like it is now, just in 4" pipe all the way.
Also, I will mount a rear setup from a R32 GTR. Suspension, brakes, diff, etc..
The car will undergo a complete makeover. Engine bay will have all the un-used holes filled, tidy'ed up. The body will be welded together, a roll gage will be installed.
On the outside the car will be all std facelifted s13, with wide fender front and rear. (3cm front, and 5cm rear, for each side) matched with some 18" or 19" rims.
Time frame for all of this to be complete, and around the 1000hk mark is 2 years.

Was out racing last night, and broke my engine, conrod bearings are gone. So now I can get my new engine block mounted.
Today I began to take the engine out, will remove the rest tomorrow.

Sorry for the long delay in updating the site. But have been very busy at work. And of course working on the car.
The engine is now mounted, together with custom engine mounts that sits the engine 35mm lower in engine bay. Because of this i had to lower the front sway bar also.
My water / methanol injection is now right in front of throttle body. Dump valve is also moved closer to throttle body than it was before with CA engine.
Tranny has also been mounted, need to make the custom tranny mount. Will be done this weekend.
Have recieved my turbo for this engine... It is a Garret GT3076r. With the GT wheel on comp side. Exhaust A/R 0.82 and intake A/R 0.60. Should give me just under the 500hk mark @ 22 psi. But that will not be before i get my hands on some bigger injectors.
Basicly i need this sorted before i can start the engine for the first time: Tranny mount, new driveshaft, downpipe for turbo, thermo-tec tape on manifold, mount manifold, mount turbo, mount fans for cooler, get wiring loom mounted, And all the little bits and pieces.
Have updated stage 5 with current pictures and info.
Have re-newed the R33 GTS front brake calibers, and monted them together with the 298mm discs. Discs are grooved now. Updated stage 3 in handling / brakes

Forgot my camera when i was at my car working on it in the weekend.
Have rebuilt the starter motor, and I'm almost finished with the generator, but I need the back bearing first.
The engine is almost finished, only need the timing belt, timing belt pullys, generator and of course the GT3582R turbo.
Got this picture of the almost finished engine from my cell phone. The engine will have further mods in the future. Bigger injectors, adj. cam pullys, other cams and a different intake manifold. Besides this there will be some cosmetic changes also.

Engine block has been cleaned, water and oil pump checked for wear, oil pump modified for a little higher pressure and flow, new main, conrod and head bolts, bearings checked, and new gasgets.
Hopefully i will assemble head and block in the weekend.
Will also modify the front brakes to fit on the s13. The R33 uses some 298mm discs. They will be cross drilled, grooved and machined to fit 4 bolt pattern. Will be used together with the 4 pot calibers, either from the R33 or the z32 calibers I also have. The pair not used will be put up for sale.

Wont be getting a Exedy clutch... It will be a ACT that can handle 512 lb/f (692Nm)
Have disassembled the entire engine. The head has been cleaned, ported, portmatched, valves polished, combustion chambers modified to reduce detonation and assembled with new gasgets.

YES! Finally i got the frontcut. It's sitting right besides my car now. Have started it up, daaamn it makes sweet music. Cant wait until it's all running and is mounted.

I'm getting a Exedy twin plate clutch instead of the single plate.

YES!! The R33 GTS frontcut has arrived and is ready for pickup at the seller. So i will pick it up next week, end begin to mount it. Cant wait to get it out and running.
Has also bought a Exedy clutch kit. Its complete with clutch plate, pressure plate and a lightweight flywheel.

Today i have started a sidekick project. I will make a jet engine out of a turbo charger together with a friend from work.

Can now deliver 25mm dump valves also. Will look the same as the 50mm unit, but will only have a 25mm intake. (Inside diameter)

I am now finished with my prototype 50mm dump valve. That means that i'm now selling 50mm dump valves. ;-)
The price will be 1800 Dkr. It is adjustable, 50mm inside diameter intake, double pistons (Perfect for cars with AFM), and polished finish.

Car was dynoed @ 15 psi boost today. That made 323.7Hk and 381Nm. We tried more boost, but it would misfire. Have now fitted some new Denso iridium plugs, and no more misfire @ 22psi! Car will be dynoed next week again.

Have ordered a R33 GTS front cut. Will put in a RB25DET engine in my car. This engine will be installed together with a different turbo and a Apexi FC + Commander to start out with. Need a new clutch and bigger injectors, then 500 - 550HK should be home.

Will soon mount a new custom built turbo from Turbo Dk. It's apple to deliver ~500HK, over 2 bar pressure, and will make full boost @ 3500 rpms. Cant wait to get it on and drive with it! Much more torque. Aiming for ~400HK and over 500NM to start out with. The turbo will also be using for my other engine, when that is finished. Then I'm aiming for ~500HK and over 600NM.

Bought a used gearbox, and have begun to renew it. Will be mounting ceramic bearings, new synchronizers, and maybe new gears. Will first check if the ones in it now are okay.
Begun to renew another diff, which will be mounted with a NISMO L.S.D @ 75% lock.
Begun to reorganize my engine bay wires.
Will soon begin to get my engine parts for the other engine powder coated.
Gearbox and new diff will also be powder coated

Turbo broke down again!! Apex don't bother to do anything this time. So take my advice and STAY AWAY from apex. If you ever get trouble with your product from them you are screwed!

Got my new license plate and the car out and running today.
Engine response is much better with the new turbo, WAY faster boost than it ever has.
Manifold has given much better response and a lot in the top end. But was a biatch to get it to fit 100%. Working with SS Autochrome to get it sorted. They are very helpful and eager to get it to fit 100% when delivered, without to mod things.

Today I got mail form apex! They say I have changed the compressor wheel on it! First time APEX got the turbo, it would cost almost the price of a new one to fix, so I should pay. I would NOT do this, so they shipped it to a second company. Now there was suddenly NOTHING wrong with it. It was just fine according to BREN from Apex. So that ended out with them shipping it back to me. (That took 2 months, and 6 days). 3 weeks after that it broke totally down. Of to APEX one more time, and now they say I have changed the comp. wheel and my warranty is not valid. WHAT THE FUCK ARE THEY ON`!?!?! Crack, dope? Apex performance Parts is the worst company I have EVER dealt with on the internet. Yes!! Today I finally got my JUN flywheel from Norris Designs. Its only 5,1kg, standard is 13kg! Cant wait to get my complete clutch mounted now. JUN flywheel, AP paddle clutch, NISMO pressure plate, and a new release bearing.
Tomorrow I am going to mount the new FMIC. Nissan called and asked if I would help do the mods to the the IC and the new front. Just to make sure they do it correct.
Turbo is still on its way to England.
Flywheel should arrive here Friday or Monday next week.
Carbon bonnet should also arrive this week.

Today I received my NISMO pressure plate and AP paddle clutch. You can see them here.
Now I only need the release bearing and JUN flywheel and my clutch is ready to be mounted.
The car is still at Nissan to be repaired. (Because of that !"#! that crashed into my car)
Waiting to get the carbon bonnet delivered from Sweden, and the new made FMIC should also arrive at Nissan in this week.

S� er det endeligt. Kommer ikke til DHB 2004. :-( Men satser s� p� at f� min bil endnu vildere til n�ste �rs DHB 2005. Til den tid skulle den gerne have mindst 350 - 400 HK, limited slip diff (LSD), anti lag system (ALS), launch control, full throtle shift, og lidt andre goodies.. ;-)
Turboen er blevet taget af og sendt til Apex i England. Den l�sning der var blevet lavet da lejerne gik i den, 2 dage efter jeg fik den samlet, har ikke kunne holde. S� afsted den ryger og bliver lavet p� garantien. H�ber jeg da... :-) Nu ser jeg hvad det ender med.
Jeg vil s� sm�t begynde at f� oversat min hjemmeside til engelsk, da der er flere og flere fra udlandet som eftersp�rger det. S� bliv ikke overrasket hvis du st�der p� engelsk tekst rundt omkring p� siden.
Arbejder ogs� p� snart begynde on-line salg af stumper til 200sx'er og stumper som kan bruges p� alle biler. Accurator, dump valves, luftfiltre og s�rn....
Jeg har f�et det ordnet med forsikring / v�rkstedet at de s�tter den faceliftede front p� i stedet for den jeg havde, og der kommer en kulfiber hjelm p� i stedet for original hjelm. Skal s� bare selv betale differencen mellem de 2.

KATASTROFE!!! En !#�#!�" k�l.... har smadret min bil!! Kl 7.30 ude ved afk�rslen til motorvejen ved McD / TDC centeret i Odense. Politiet kom og lavede en rapport. Det var ALT hendes skyld!! Hun havde ikke overholdt sin vigepligt, men havde bare k�rt som en blind d�r! S� heldigvis ber�rer der ikke mig eller min egen forsikring. Det sker 18 dage f�r DHB og den morgen var jeg p� vej til HDS-Trim i S�nders� for at f� den rullet / justeret endeligt s� den var tip top til til DHB. S� om den kommer med til DHB nu vides ikke. :-( Men jeg har en plan.. ;-)
Er flyttet fra min lejlighed, s� har ikke internet her endnu. Men opdatere stadig min side, dog kan i jo s� f�rst l�se det n�r jeg kommer online.
Torsdag i n�ste uge skulle jeg gerne f� en tid til justering / effektm�ling inden den skal DHB.
Samme problem med Norris Designs stage 1 chip. Elektrode afstand er nu 0,1 mindre p� hvert t�ndr�r, s� de er 0,7 og ikke som std. 0,8mm. Stel forbindelse til t�ndingsanl�g er gjort mere solid og bedre, renset alle t�ndspolerne / kul, rengjort diverse stik.. H�ber det er g�et v�k, ikke testet endnu. Det kan v�re en defekt t�ndspole der svigter under belastning.
Har stadig lidt b�vl med motoren ikke tr�kker rent til sidst. Det er kommet efter ladetryk er kommet op p� 16 psi. Jeg har pr�vet en masse forskelligt men der er ikke rigtig noget der virker. Det virker mest som et t�ndings problem, vil pr�ve at g�re elektrode afstanden p� t�ndr�rene 0,1mm mindre idag, hj�lper det ikke pr�ver jeg med Norris Designs chip igen, skal s� bruge Apexi SAFC til at korrigere for den st�rre AFM og de st�rre dysser.
Ig�r fik jeg monteret en benzintryks m�ler. Klippede benzin slangen efter benzin filteret, p� med et T-stykke, slangen samlet igen, og s� fra T-stykket en slange over til et benzintryks ur. Virker perfekt!
Ladetryk h�vet til 16 PSI. Effekt ca 320HK.
Har nu f�et skruet mit benzin tryk ned fra det h�jere tryk jeg k�rte med f�r, s� det passer til den ops�tning jeg bruger nu. Bilen er har f�et en bedre spool up tid p� turboen ved lavere omdr = mere bundtr�k. og s� taber den ikke pusten i toppen som den gjorde f�r.. Hullet i AFM, som luften skulle passere igennem f�r var �49mm, nu er det �80mm. Billede her. Som en sidegevinst er lyden ogs� blevet �ndret. Der er kommet mere indsugningslyd og s� siger gerskift S� fedt nu!! Skal h�res for at kunne beskrives.. Desv�rre er omdr begr�nseren kommet for langt ned, til 7000 omdr, ikke de 7300 den skulle have v�ret.. S� om det ender med chippen skal skiftes.. Tja..?? Men DAAMN nogle flammer og knald den giver n�r den rammer den begr�nser!

F�et mine nye d�k p� endelig. Min sporing var helt forkert p� mine ford�k, de blev �delagt af det. S�tter de d�k der var bagp� om foran, stadig masser af m�nster p� dem. Og nogle helt nye, lidt bredere d�k bagp� nu.

Har afbestilt, Nismo gearbox mount / engine mount, og Cusco rear AS strut brace. I stedet er der bestilt en APEXI SAFC-II.

Mere tryk idag.. Effekt: omkring 290Hk.
Monteret "banke sensor". Best�r af 12 cm kobber�r, �10, slange og et s�t h�rev�rn plus et par fittings. 2 cm af kobberr�ret trykkes sammen s� det bliver fladt, bor et passende st�rrelse hul, 6 - 8mm, kobberr�ret skal s� monteres med den flade ende ind p� motorblokken. Find et godt sted, helst midt p� blokken eller omkring det sted hvor den originale bankesensor sidder, bolt den fast igennem det hul der er boret i kobberr�ret. S�t slangen p� kobberr�ret og f�r den ind i kabinen. Slangen skal s� s�ttes til et par h�rev�rn med nogle fittings. Ud og k�re, p� med �revarmerne og lyt til hvordan din motor lyder indefra.. Det g�r det MEGET nemmere at opfange / h�re t�ndingsbanken i god tid inden det laver skade p� motoren.

Jeg har nogle flere funktioner som jeg godt vil have lagt ind p� siden, men kan ikke finde ud af det selv. S� er der bestilt en masse ting fra England. N�r det hele er monteret, kan jeg h�ve trykket til +300 HK, motoren skulle tage omdr. meget meget bedre, og bilen skulle gerne ligge noget bedre p� vejen.

Desuden f�r jeg nye bagd�k p� i morgen i st�rrelsen, 225/45/17.
Monteret en ny accurator fra "Forge". Den lader nu med 0,8 bar. S� mellem 270 - 280 HK har den vel nu. Det rykker ihvertfald for fedt!!
Monteret en "bleed valve" idag. K�rer med 10 psi nu, 0,68 bar. Den har ikke v�ret p� rullefelt, med regner med den har ~260Hk ca. Men da det desv�rre jo bare er en std. accurator jeg bruger, s� f�r man kr�fterne leveret "bl�dt". Ikke som med en upgraderet accurator hvor man f�r et "spark" selvom det er samme tryk. Grunden til dette er at, fjederen i std accuratoren ikke er s�rlig kraftig s� den vil stille og roligt, mens der kommer tryk p�, lukke op for wastegaten der s� lukker noget udst�dnings gas uden om turbinen. Men en upgraderet accurator lukkes der intet tryk uden om turbinen f�r det tryk den er justeret til er n�et. Det giver fornnemelsen af et "spark" n�r man giver gas. Min kobling laver ikke b�vl endnu...
Legede lidt med mit ladetryk p� turbo idag. hehe. Slangen til den std accurator, jeg desv�rre stadig k�rer rundt med, lukkede jeg af... Ud p� vejen. op til 4k omdr i 3... STILLE og ROLIGT give gas.. 10psi... 12psi.. 15psi.. til sidst 20psi.. (2 - 3cm gas p� pedalen, ved 5k omdr) og den tr�kker SINDSYGT!!!! SERI�ST helt vildt meget. Meget meget MEGET mere end den g�r med FULD gas @ 0,4bar.. Men giver jeg bare en mm. mere gas s� t�ndings banker den... Men nu kender jeg lidt til hvad der venter mig.. He he he. Og SHIT hvor kan jeg ikk vente!! Mangler bare lige den check fra skatte far. *gg* Men underligt nok s� lavede min kobling ikke b�vl??
M�ske jeg f�r kobling, AFM, dyser eller chip inden d. 28 maj alligevel. Der kommer vidst nok tilbage i skat til det. Men indtil videre er det stadig under stage 4. Vil blive rykket til stage 3, hvis pengene er til det, og lavet inden DHB.
Har idag hentet 1 x 2m stor og 3mm tyk alu plade. Skal bruges i bunden af bilen i stedet for kedelige gulvm�tter.
Turbo k�rer stadig rigtig godt. Men dog ved jeg ikk hvorfor jeg ikk fik den samme std accurator p� igen. S� ladetryk er kun 6 psi nu. Men det er ogs� lige meget, for der vil snart komme en variabel accurator p�. Den skal k�re ~10 psi til at starte med. Skal se om min kobling stadig kan holde.
Fik min turbo l�rdag, og bilen k�rer igen.
S� har jeg f�et mit internet igen.
Turbo er desv�rre ikke kommet endnu.
Har �ndret de ting der skal laves i stage 3, for rent �konomisk n�r jeg ikke at f� lavet min kobling, AFM, dyser eller chip inden d. 28 maj. De ting er rykket til stage 4 projektet.

H�ber p� snart at bestille min kobling, trykplade, og svinghjul. Skulle gerne bestilles sammen med AFM, st�rre dyser og ny chip. S� kan trykket komme op p� 1.0 - 1.1 bar og jeg har mine ~320HK. DHB kommer jo ogs� n�rmere og n�rmere. Er dog kommet lidt i tvivl om jeg har den helt klar til DHB.... Tiden (l�s: penge) er der ikke s� meget af.
Har f�et lavet en del af de sidste sm�ting der skulle laves f�rdig. Udst�dnings oph�ng, kabinen mangler kun alu plade i bunden nu, fikset sm�ting i motorrum, el bl�serne k�rer automatisk, alle m�lere virker. Bare det l�se......
Turbo er st�et af... Skal desv�rre l�re tingene p� den dyre / h�rde m�de.. K�rte i et par dage med en plade foran indsugningen p� turbo, for at kunne bruge min bil. Manglede den flange.. (F�r effektm�lingen) Det havde desv�rre den effekt at det kan f� den "butterfly" der sidder i olie indgangen til at vende rundt = forkert sm�ring = defekte lejer. Desuden vil turbo ogs� k�re med MANGE flere omdr. S� til alle jer der l�ser dette: LAD V�RE MED AT LAVE SAMME FEJL SOM MIG!!
Den er taget af og sendt til renovering. H�ber p� at kuglejerne kan blive skiftet ud med keramiske lejer, nu de alligevel skal skiftes. Der er heldigvis ikke sket skade p� turbine hjul eller andet.
Mit internet er nede til d. 18... Men arbejder dog videre p� bilen, og hjemmesiden. Tilf�jer stadig nyheder, men de vil ikke kunne blive lagt online f�r d. 18.

Effektm�ling: 232 Hk, med 0,4 bars ladetryk! (Efterf�lgende ved jeg nu at turbo har v�ret "mindre" defekt ved den m�ling)
Kl 07.30 i morgen hos Bruno Hansen Motorsport, skal den effektm�les.
Rettelse: Den tr�kker h�rdere end f�r! Eller tr�kket forts�tter bare.. Tror det har skyldes det var noget glat ig�r, idag er asfalten t�r.
Der kom lige en lille Japaner forbi idag med et stk flange til mig! Ej, m�ske ikk en japaner men s� da en fragtmand med en pakker der kommer derfra. *lol* Desv�rre kom han kl 14, og jeg havde f�rst fri kl 18... Meget lange timer!! Kl. blev 18 og jeg k�rte hjem til de gamle, fik sat flangen p�. Efter lidt biksen baksen med r�r og slanger kom det hele til at sidde som det skulle, inkl min dump ventil. Startede den op, og mig ud og k�re... Den tr�kker som den gjrode med stage 2, dog nu kun med 9psi i stedet for 14 psi i ladetryk. Tr�kker h�rdt fra ~4000 omdr. op til omdr. begr�nseren ved 7700 omdr! Lyden... Det giver sq �n, en lille en p� i bukserne.. He he he. Den kommer p� rullefelt p� fredag. Melder tilbage med effekten.

Wee. Var ig�r ude og k�re min f�rste "tur".. Satte det ene s�de i. Bare det at s�tte sig ind i s�det igen, f�derne p� pedalerne, den ene h�nd p� rattet og dreje n�glen med den anden. DAAAAAMMM!!! Var sq bedre end det sidste sex jeg fik!! (Sorry) Dog blev k�returen noget afkortet af jeg stadig mangler den flange til turbo, der er ikke plader p� bilen, mangler en times "filtarbejde" med filten under bags�det, og der kun lige er 25 m. til midten af v�nget hvor den holdt.. Skulle g�re garagen ren og have vasket bilen. Og s� lige 25 m. tilbage igen... Den FEDESTE k�re tur!! Ang. mine plader, de bliver hentet idag. Flangen skulle gerne komme i n�ste uge, og s� er det tid til at komme p� rullefelt.

David og hans kammerat var forbi idag og hjalp med at montere lidt mere filt i kabinen. Mange tak for hj�lpen.
Vi fandt ud af hans "defekte" turbo faktisk bare var en sprunget pakning.... :-)
Den blev startet for f�rste gang siden jeg gik igang med stage 3 idag. SHIT!! Den siger ondt nu, iforhold til f�r! Noget mere kvik p� gassen og s� skyder den flammer, sammen med et k�mpe BANG fra udst�dningen!! Det ser og lyder S� fedt! Dog har den ikke v�ret ude og k�re endnu. Mangler en flange til turboen, s� mit luftfilter / AFM kan blive monteret korrekt. Lige pt. er AFM / luftfilter monteret p� intercooler r�ret. Desuden fik jeg monteret olie k�ler.
